VRISKO

Employee wellbeing: the key to a successful organization

Vrisko is a service that employers can offer as a valued benefit and a strategic advantage in today’s competitive job market, where employee wellbeing and work-life resilience are more important than ever for attracting talent and fostering loyalty. Supporting your team’s wellbeing is not just a benefit, it’s essential for organizational success.

The name “Vrisko” comes from Greek and means “to find.”

OUR PATHS

Achieve crucial insights

With Vrisko, you have the opportunity to gain crucial insights into your work and mental wellbeing. Together with Vrisko’s professionals, you explore strengths and solutions, discover new perspectives, and learn to better understand your own and others’ behaviors.

Vrisko’s paths recognize the interdependence of work and personal life. Choosing Vrisko is a commitment to better work life. Not all work-related stress can be eliminated if employees’ personal lives are ignored.

Bold organizations approach work in a new way and are ready to engage in truly impactful practices.

OUR APPROACH

Choose the path that fits your situation

The threshold for seeking healthcare services in stressful situations can be high. Vrisko is not a healthcare service; it is a service designed to help relieve stress or explore work-related concerns. Sessions are not recorded in healthcare systems—our goal is to create a space for open conversation and reflection, without therapeutic objectives.

Employers provide their employees with access to paths consisting of five sessions. Employees can choose the path that best fits their individual situation. Our professionals are experts in mental wellbeing, including psychologists, psychotherapists, short-term therapists, and work coaches.
